This Shipping Policy explains how POLARIS STUDIO processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website.
By placing an order with POLARIS STUDIO, you agree to this Shipping Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and any other applicable policies posted on our website.
2. Service Area
POLARIS STUDIO currently offers shipping primarily within British Columbia, Canada. We may decline, limit, or cancel orders outside our intended service area.
3. Processing and Production Time
Unless a different production or fulfillment timeline is expressly stated on the Site, at checkout, in your order confirmation, or in an email exchanged during contract creation, orders are expected to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment within 21 days of order acceptance.
If a different timeline is disclosed to you during contract creation and you do not wish to proceed on that timeline, you may request a full refund at any time before printing begins.
Once printing has begun, the order may not be cancelled except as required by applicable law or as otherwise expressly approved by POLARIS STUDIO in writing.
4. Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers may vary and are selected by POLARIS STUDIO unless otherwise stated. We may use one or more third-party shipping or delivery providers depending on destination, package size, reliability, and operational needs.
5. Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only. They are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
Delivery times may vary due to:
- carrier delays
- weather
- customs or regulatory delays
- inaccurate address information
- labour disruptions
- supply chain issues
- seasonal volume
- force majeure events
- other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
POLARIS STUDIO is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by:
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- outdated address information
- returned-to-sender shipments
- refusal to accept delivery
- missed delivery attempts
If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery caused by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
7. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided after shipment. Tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier and service used.
POLARIS STUDIO is not responsible for carrier scan delays, incomplete tracking updates, or tracking events outside our control.
8. Risk of Loss
To the extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided in your order.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at d19jain@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.
Where appropriate, we may investigate with the shipping carrier. However, carrier investigations and outcomes may take time and are subject to third-party processes outside our control.

10. Incorrect Delivery Information or Delivery Issues
If an order is shipped to the address provided by you and that address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, POLARIS STUDIO is not responsible for resulting delays, failed delivery, or loss.
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, you must first check the delivery address provided, surrounding delivery area, and any notices left by the carrier before contacting us.
11. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if charged, will be shown at checkout or otherwise communicated before order completion.
POLARIS STUDIO reserves the right to change shipping rates, packaging methods, and fulfillment practices at any time before an order is accepted.
12. Order Refusal or Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order before shipment for reasons including:
- suspected fraud
- pricing or listing error
- product unavailability
- shipping restrictions
- technical or operational issues
- suspected violation of our Terms or policies
If we cancel an order after payment is received, we will issue the refund owed in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.
